Expedia Collect VS Hotel Collect standard

When you login to FairCloud PMS, you can see if a reservation is guest pay or expedia pay. This information is in the Special Request section. Please see below special request from 2 different reservations. The first reservation is hotel collect and the second reservation is Expedia collect. In Expedia collect reservation, expedia virtual card is available in the credit card section.   When you login to EPC, you can also see if the reservation is Expedia Collect or Hotel Collect. FairCloud: Booking.com Channel Manager Mapping standard

To map FairCloud PMS & Hotel Channel Manager with your booking.com account, please login to your Booking.com extranet and follow the steps below. The complete mapping process will take about 40 minutes and during this process you will need FairCloud support to work with you. Click on Property Info Tab, and then click on Channel Manager link as shown in the image below. FairCloudPMS: Minimum Length Of Stay standard

Hello All,    We would like to remind FairCloud users how to set Minimum Length of Stay Restriction using the FairCloud Channel Manager. Please follow the steps below to set the restriction. Please navigate to Channel Manager –> View Rates And Inventory. Click on the cell where you would like to set the restriction. Once you click on the cell, you will see the following popup. Please select the correct dates and select the applicable days. In the Minimum LOS field please input the days. Finally press the Update button. We have recently put several booking engine updates. Please see the changes below and provide feedback for further improvements. Simplified Selection of Plans. In the older version of the booking engine, each plan used to be displayed separately. Now multiple plans for a room type are shown within the room type category. End user can easily select the plan they wish within the desired room type. Now FairCloud PMS admins can setup popup alerts which can help your front desk to upsell the rooms. If you have remodelled only a few rooms in a room type category then this alert can help your frontdesk with upgrade and getting higher ADR for the hotel. Following is a screenshot from one of the implementation. This popup is available in the In House list. To add upgrade instructions in FairCloud PMS, please edit the desired room. Busy season is coming up, I want to send a reminder on How to Close Out. You can do this very easily using the Channel Manager. Close out will work for All Channels except InnLink. To run Non Refundable promotions in Expedia, you would first need to setup a Non Refundable plan. After setting the non refundable plan, you can then create promotions that are non-refundable. You can use Non Refundable promotions for advance purchases or for holiday seasons. FairCloud Channel Manager – Channel Inventory – Last Room Available standard

FairCloud Platform has the ability to sell your rooms on OTA’s as last room available. We also call this technology as perpetual connect. This means that for every reservation made in FairCloud all OTA’s and brand.com are updated with the new inventory. No longer is your inventory segregated and no longer you would need to manage inventory on channels individually.  With the recent last room availability mapping, the channel managers inventory as highlighted in red is obsolete. This highlighted inventory is only true for channels that don’t have last room availability. If we have migrated your property to Last Room Availability then please ignore this inventory information. Revenue Management, Budget Analysis standard

Define check points for revenue analysis. Typically we can do this every week, or every 2 weeks. Define growth goals, for example we can set it to be 10% over last years real numbers. Check Rooms Remaining to sell, and revenue in books at every point. If rooms are moving to quick, perhaps your pricing is low. If rooms are not moving, prices might be high. Use the following reports for your revenue management. Room Available | Room Sold Report or Between Dates Room Sold | Room Available Report Group By Room Type Booking Curve Summary Monthly OTA Reservation Report Specifically look at peaks and lows in the competition rate analysis tool
